Job Title: Top Level Management
Positions are available in our marketing and business development area. The candidate must have experience in internet marketing and in the insurance and mortgage industries. Duties will include planning and launching new projects, preparing marketing plans, including budget projections, creating proposals, plan and execute campaigns, recruiting personnel, including mid level personnel training and supervising. Extensive knowledge of the insurance industry, ability to propose and build relationships, and negotiate agreements with level contacts responsible for handling large corporate accounts.
Job Title: Mid Level Management
Position available for experienced Sales Floor Manager. Duties include personnel time management, assessing performance of the entire team and individual employees, monitoring, motivated training, including recommendations for terminations and advancements. Working with top management in evaluating complaints and issues that may enhance or hinder overall performance while finding ways to reduce or eliminate problem areas.
